To prov ide for the extensio n of the boundaries of the Hot Springs N ational Park [Public, No. 684 .1
in the State of Arkansas, and for other purposes . United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and respectfully requested by proclamation, or in such manner as he may deem proper, to invite foreign countries and nations to such proposed world's fair with a request that they participate therein .
