DIVISION OF EXPENSES The foregoing sums for the District of Columbia, unless otherwise therein specifically provided, shall be paid out of the revenues of the District of Columbia and the Treasury of the United States in the manner prescribed by the District of Columbia Appropriation Acts for the respective fiscal years for which the such sums are provided . DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULT URE BURE AU OF CHEMISTRY AND SOILS Soil survey of the Hawaiian Islands : Not to exceed $15,000 of the funds appropriated by section 12 (a) of the Agricultural Adjust- ment Act, as a mended, is hereby made available, to remain available until June 30, 1937, to meet all necessary expenses of the Bureau of Chemistry and Soils, Depart ment of Agriculture, for the completion of a soil survey of the Hawaiian Islands, including personal services for map-drafting work in the District of Columbia and elsewhere .
