S. C ., title 46, sees. 781-789), and Private Act Numbered 192, approved February 14, 1933 (47 Stat., Pt . 2, p. 1719), certified to the Seventy-fourth Congress in House Document Numbered 456, and Senate Document Numbered 220, under the following department,' namely Navy Department, $14,356 .31 ; Treasury Department, $7,654 ; In all, $22,010 .31 . (c) Non e of the judgmen ts conta ined und er this caption shall be paid until the right of appeal shall have expired except such as have become final and conclusive against the United States by failure of the parties to appeal or otherwise . (d) Payment of interest wherever provided for judgments con- tained in this Act shall not in any case continue for more than thirty days after the date of approval of the Act .
