The Secretary of the Navy is further authorized to con- struct, install, acquire, and equip at said naval air station such bu ildings and ut ilitie s, tech nical b uilding s and u tiliti es, lan ding field and mats, and all utilities and appurtenances necessary for t he ope ration, mainte nance, and rep air of landpl anes an d seapl anes, including ammunition storage, fuel and oil storage, and distribution sy stems t herefor, road s, walk s, apro ns, sea plane r amps, docks, run- ways, sewer, water, power, station and aerodrome lighting, telephone and signal commun ications, and other essentia ls, including the necessary bulkheading, dredging, grading, and filling and the Appropriation removal and remodeling of existing structures and installations . authorized. SEC . 3 . There is authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Act, but not over $15,000,000 . AN ACT [ S.4 390 .] To amend the Na tional Defens e Act relatin g to t he Medi cal Adm inistr ative [Public, No. 781.]

Corps. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the t hird sentence of section 24e of the National Defense Act, as amended by the Act of June 4, 1920 (41 Stat . 759, 774), is hereby amended by striking out that portion relating to the qualifications for appoint- ment in the Medical Administrative Corps, which reads, "enlisted men of the Medical Department between the ages of twenty-one and thirty-two years, who have had at least two years' service .", and substituting therefor the following : "pharmacists between the ages of twenty-one and thirty-two years who are graduates of recognized schools or colleges of pharmacy requiring four years of instruction for graduation, under such regulations and after such examination as the Secretary of War shall prescribe : And provided further, That the number of suc h pharm acists in the Medica l Admin istrati ve Corp s shall, not exceed sixteen ."
