The Comptroller General of the United States is authorized and directed to allow credit in the accounts of Guy F . Al l en , c hi ef disbursing officer, Division of Disbursement, and J . L. Sum mer s, disbur sing cle rk, Divi sion of Disburse ment, fo r disbur sements made fro m t he fund " Expenses, National Banking Emergency, Act March 9, 1933, Comptroller of Currency ", dur ing the period Mar ch 6, 1933, to July 1, 1934, in connection with the emergency arising out of the national banking crisis and disallowed by the Comptroller General of the United States for any reason except fraud : Provided, That such total credit shall not exceed the sum of $25,000 . OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF ACCOUNTS AND DEPOSITS Payment of unclaimed moneys : To enable the Secretary of the Treasury to meet any expenditures of the character formerly charge- able to the appropriation accounts abolished under section 17 of the Perman ent Ap propr iation Repea l Act of 19 34, ap proved June 26, 1934, payable from the funds held by the United States in the trust fund receipt account "Unclaimed moneys of individuals whose whereabouts are unknown ", fiscal year 1936, $10,000 .
