IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the above named plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and have hereunto affixed their seals. DO!'l'E in duplicate at Washington, this tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and'thirty-four. CORDELL HULL [SEAL] ARTURS LULE [SEAL] AND WHEREAS, the said Supplementary Treaty has been duly rati- fied on both parts, and the ratifications of the two Governments were exchanged in the city of Riga on the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five; Now, THEREFORE, be it known that I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, have caused the said Supplementary Treaty to be mude public, to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States of America and the citizens thereof.
