Whereas a Treaty on the Protection of Artistic and Scientific Institutions and Historic Monuments was signed by the respective plenipotentiaries of the United States of America and the other twenty American Republics on April 15, 1935, the original of which Treaty, being in the English, Spanish, Portuguese and French languages, is word for word as follows:
