Be it enacted by the Senate and B OU8e of Re~entaiive8 01 the Rose Te1ermeyer. Uniud States of America in Oongres8 as8embled, That the Secretary PaJmeDtto. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed tol.ay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriate, to Rose Teierme~er, the sum of $261.72 in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States, being the amount of bond deposited as security to guarantee the production of an alien and filed with the inspector in charge of immigration at New York and later forfeited because of the failure of the bondsman to produce the alien on the date of appearance in comfliance with f'1:t:i1on on attor. the terms of the delivery bond: Provided, That no part 0 the amount DeY's. etc.• fees. appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall he paid or delivered to or receiyed by any agent or agents, attorney or ~ttorneyshon account of services rendered in connection with said claIm. It s all be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, withhold, or receiYe any sum of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof on account of services rendered in connection with said claim, any PeDaltl'forvioJation. contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. August 26.1935. (B.
