[CHAPTER 800.] AN ACT For the relief of Frank William& Be it enacted by the Senate and Home of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress a8se'Tflhled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any' money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Frank 'VIlliams the sum of $1,000 in full settlement of all claims against the United States Government by reason of being struck and permanently injured by a Government automobile which was rr:t:ilon on attor- driven by an employee of the Pos~ Offi<:e D~partm~nt: Provided, DeY's, etc., fees.
