Be it enacted by the Senate and H OU8e of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William Lyons, in full settlement of all claims against the Govern- ment of the United States, the SUIll of $1,500, representing an amount, after deducting the expense caused to the Government, of a bail bond filed in the case of the United States against Louis L.
