Springerville, Ariz . 75T H CONGRESS, 1ST SESSION-CH . 9 -FEBRUARY 9, 1937 TREASURY DEPARTMENT OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Payments to Federal land banks on account of reductions in interest rate on mortgages : For an additional amount for payments to each Federal land bank' of such amount as the Land Bank Com- missioner c ertifies t o the Secr etary of t he Treasur y is equal to the amount by which interest payments on mortgages held by such bank have been reduced during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1936, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph "Twelfth" of section 12 of the Federal Farm Loan Act, as amended, to supplement the amount made available for this purpose for the fiscal year 1937 in one fund by the "First Deficiency Appropriation Act, fiscal year 1936", $6,000,000 . OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF ACCOU NTS AND DEPOSITS Contingent expenses, public moneys : For an additional amount for contingent expenses, public moneys, including the same objects, speci- fied under this head in the Treasury Department Appropriation Act, 1937, $75,000 . BUREAU OF THE BUDGET Printing and bindng 1 : Not to exceed $5,000 of the appropration 1 for salaries and expenses, Bureau of the Budget, fiscal year 1937, may be transferred to the appropriation for printing and binding, Bureau of t he Budget, fiscal ye ar 1937 . COAST GUARD Contingent expenses :' For an additional amount for contingent expenses, Coast Guard, including the same objects specified under this h ead i n the Trea sury D epart ment Appro priat ion Ac t, 19 37, $25,000 . BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING Salaries and expenses : For an additional amount for salaries and expenses, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, including the same objects specified under this head in the Treasury Department Appro- priation Act, 1937, $1,400,000, to rema in available until June 30, 1938 . PROCUREMENT DIVISION-PUBLIC BUILDINGS BRANCH Los A ngeles, Ca lifornia, p ost office and court house, and so forth The limit of cost authorized under the provisions of the Second Deficiency Appropriat ion Act, f iscal year 1935, for the const ruction of a post office an d courthou se building in Los An geles, Cal ifornia ., is hereby increased from $6,250,000 to 7,280,000 ; and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to enter into contracts for said building at a cost of not to exceed the latter amount . Peoria, Illinois, post office and courthouse : The limit of cost authorized under the provisions of the Second Deficiency Appro- priation Act, fiscal year 1935, for the construction of a post office and courthouse building in Peoria, Illinois, is hereby increased from $1,000,000 to $1,200,000 ; and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to enter into contracts for said building at a cost of not to exceed the latter amount.
