UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY PAY OF MILI TARY ACADE MY Cadets : For pay of cadets, $1,375,920 : Provided, That during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938, no officer of the Army shall be entitled to receive any increase in pay or allowances because of detail or assignment to duty in any capacity at the Military Acad- emy : Provided further, That the duties of librarian of the United States Military Academy may be performed by an officer of the Reg- ular Army retired from active service under the provisions of section 125 1, Revis ed Statutes, and detailed on active duty for that pu rpose .
