The Secretary of War is hereby authorized to establish in or near Denver, Colorado, a branch of the Air Corps Technical School at Chanute Field, Illinois, and to accept on behalf of the United States, free from encumbrance or conditions and without cost to the United States, for use as a site for the extension to such school, the title in fee simple to nine hundred and sixty acres of land, more or less, within and without the city limits of the city of Den- ver, Colorado, including the property known as the "Agnes (Phipps) Memorial Sanitarium", together with existing buildings an d equip- ment located thereon ; and, also, a tract of land, within the State of Colorado, suitable for use as an aerial gunnery and bombi ng range by the Army Air Corps : Provided, That in the event a donor is, unable to perfect title to any land tendered as a donation, condem- nation of such land is authorized in the name of the United States, and payment of any and all awards for title to such land as is con- demned, together with the cost of suit, shall be made by the donor . SEC. 3 . That the military reservation near Little Rock, Arkansas, now known as Camp Pike, shall be designate d, and he reafter be known as "Camp Joseph T. Robinson ." App rove d, Augu st 26, 1937 . AN ACT To amend section 3 of the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat . 984-988), relating to , Indi an Land s in Arizona. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3 of the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat . 984-988), be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows "SEC. 3 .
