[CHAPTER 205] AN ACT For the relief of Lieutenant Commander Chester B. Peake, Supply Corps, United States Navy. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Comp- troller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Lieutenant Commander Chester B. Peake, Supply Corps, United States Navy, with the sum of $59.45, representing payments made by him to the late Com- mander William F. Gresham, United States Navy, as rental allow- ance for the period February 15 to March 31, 1935, and disallowed by the Comptroller General as being in excess of the rental allowance to which Commander Gresham was legally entitled. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the rt. and Mrs. Rob- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ert 0. Brown. Payment to. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mr. and Mrs. Robert O. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Commander William I. Causey, United States Navy, the sum of $56.78, representing excess cost of travel checked against the accounts of this officer for travel performed in June 1935, and January 1936, under orders which authorized the use of a compartment for the purpose of transporting in his personal custody certain secret docu- ments of the Navy.
