II n'est pas paye d'indemnit6 pour les dommages indirects ou les benefices non r6alis6s resul- tant de la perte, de la spoliation, de l'avarie, de la nonlivraison, de la remise a une fausse adresse ou du retard d'un colis assure ex- pedi6 d'apres les conditions du present Arrangement. 4. Le payement de l'indemnit6 pour un colis assure sera effectue a 1'ayant-droit aussit6t que possi- ble, et au plus tard dans le d6lai d'un an a compter du lendemain du jour oh la reclamation est pr6sentre. No indemnity is paid for in- direct damages or loss of profits resulting from the loss, rifling, damage, non-delivery, mis-deliv- ery or delay of an insured parcel dispatched in accordance with the conditions of the present Agreement. 4. The payment of compensa- tion for an insured parcel shall be made to the rightful claimant as soon as possible and at the lat- est within a period of one year counting from the day following that on which the application is made. However, the paying Postal Ad- ministration may exceptionally de- fer payment of indemnity for a longer period than that stipulated if, at the expiration of that period, it has not been able to determine 1636
