DIVISION OF EXPENSES The foregoing sums for the District of Columbia, unless otherwise therein specifically provided, shall be paid out of the revenues of the District of Columbia and the Treasury of the United States in the manner prescribed, by the District of Columbia Appropriation Acts for the respective fiscal years for which such sums are provided. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Rent of buildings, Department of Agriculture: Not to exceed $13,040 of such funds available to the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year 1939, as the Secretary of Agriculture may determine, may be transferred to the appropriation for rent of buildings in the District of Columbia for such Department for such fiscal year.
