DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Rent of buildings, Department of Agriculture: Not to exceed $13,040 of such funds available to the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year 1939, as the Secretary of Agriculture may determine, may be transferred to the appropriation for rent of buildings in the District of Columbia for such Department for such fiscal year.
