Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to sell or cause to be sold, under the provisions of the Act of March 12, 1926 (44 Stat. 203), the several tracts or parcels of real property hereinafter designated, or any portion thereof, upon determination by him that said tracts or parcels are no longer needed for military purposes, and to execute and deliver in the name of the United States and in its behalf any and all contracts, conveyances, or other instruments necessary to effectuate such sale and conveyance. Name of reservation with approximate amount of land involved in each instance: Calf Island, including Little Calf Island, Massa- chusetts, eighteen and five one-hundredths acres; Great Brewster Island, Massachusetts, twenty-one and seven-tenths acres; Fort Ward, Washington, three hundred and twenty and thirty-three one-hun- dredths acres; Boca Grande (Cayo Costa) Military Reservation, Florida, thirty-seven acres (portion excepted and reserved by Act of March 12, 1926): Provided, That the net proceeds from the sale of the'above properties shall be deposited in the Treasury to the credit of "Miscellaneous receipts."
