[CHAPTER 257] AN ACT To amend the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the Oregon-Washington Board of Trustees to construct, maintain, and operate a toll bridge across the Columbia River at Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon", approved June 13, 1934, as amended. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the last sentence of the first section of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the Oregon-Washington Bridge Board of Trustees to construct, maintatin, and operate a toll bridge across the Columbia River at Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon" approved June 13, 1934, as amended, is amended to read as follows: "Said board of trustees is hereby granted the power to issue bonds or other securities payable from and secured by bridge revenues for the purpose of financing the construction of the said bridge and the right to assign, transfer and mortgage all the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act."
