TREASURY DEPARTMENT There is authorized to be transferred, during the fiscal year 1939, with the approval of the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, from the funds appropriated to the Office of Commissioner of Accounts and Deposits and Division of Bookkeeping and Warrants by section 1 (5) of the Emergency Relief Appropriation Act of 1938, not to exceed $375,000 to the Procurement Division, Branch of Supply, and not to exceed $54,000 to the Office of the Treasurer of the United States, for administrative expenses incurred by those offices in carrying out the purposes of the Emergency Relief Appropriation Act of 1938, the amounts so transferred to be in addition to funds appropriated by the aforesaid Act to the two offices, respectively, for the same purpose.
