RESERVE OrFIERS' TRAINING CORPS Funds appropriated under this title may be used for the establish- ment and maintenance of additional motor-transport and tank units in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps, notwithstanding any limita- tion in the Military Appropriation Act, 1941. EXPEDITING PRODUCTION For an additional amount for expediting production, including the same objects and subject to the same conditions and limitations specified under this head in the Second Supplemental National Defense Appropriation Act, 1941, $88,000,000; and, in addition, the Secretary of War, upon the recommendation of the Advisory Com- mission of the Council of National Defense, and with the approval of the President, is authorized to enter into contracts prior to July 1, 1941, for the same purposes to an amount not exceeding $90,000,000.
