1966 United States Tariff Act of 1930 Paragraph Description of Article Rate of Duty Provided, That such molasses and sugar sirups entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption in any calendar year in excess of an aggregate quantity of one million five hundred thousand gallons per annum shall not be entitled to a reduction in duty by virtue of this item.
