Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all commis- sioned officers of the Navy and Marine Corps on the retired list shall, when on active duty, receive full pay and allowances of the rank or grade in which they serve on such active duty: Provided, That this Act shall not operate to reduce the pay and allowances of such retired officers while on active duty.
