Office space, etc. ARTICLE 25-The Government of Nicaragua shall provide suitable office space and facilities for the ( use of the officer. Provision of auto- ARTICLE 26-The Government mobile, etc. of Nicaragua shall provide the contracted officer with an auto- mobile with chauffeur, for his official use. Replacement of of- ARTICLE 27-If replacement of flcer. the officer is made during the life of this Agreement or any extension thereof, the terms as stipulated in this Agreement shall also apply to the replacement officer, with the exception that the replacement officer shall receive an amount of annual compensation which shall be agreed upon by the two Governments. Medical attention. ARTICLE 28-The Government of Nicaragua shall provide suitable medical attention for the officer and his family. In case the officer or any member of his family be- comes ill or suffers injury, he or she shall be placed in such hos- pital as the officer deems suitable after consultation with the Presi- dent and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Nicaragua. The officer shall in all cases pay the cost of subsistence incident to his hospitalization or that of a mem- ber of his family. ARTfCULO 27-Si se reemplaza al oficial durante la vigencia de este Acuerdo o durante una pr6- rroga del mismo, los t6rminos estipulados en este Acuerdo se aplicaran tambien al oficial reem- plazante, con la excepci6n de que el oficial reemplazante recibira la remuneraci6n anual que se con- venga entre los dos Gobiernos. ARTfCULO 28-E1 Gobierno de Nicaragua proporcionara atenci6n medica adecuada al oficial y a su familia. En caso de que el oficial o cualquier miembro de su familia se enferme o sufra lesiones, sera hospitalizado en el hospital que considere adecuado, despues de consultar con el Presidente y Co- mandante General de la Republica de Nicaragua. En todos los casos el oficial pagara los gastos de sub- sistencia relacionados con su hos- pitalizaci6n o la de cualquier miem- bro de su familia. ARTfCULO 29-Si el oficial o cualquier miembro de su familia falleciere en Nicaragua durante el periodo en que este Acuerdo est6 en vigencia, el Gobierno de Nicaragua hara que los restos sean transportados hasta el lugar de los Estados Unidos de America que determine la familia, pero el costo para el Gobierno de Nicara- 1334
