Administrative expenses, compensation to injured employees in the District of Columbia: For the enforcement of the Act entitled "An Act to provide compensation for disability or death resulting from injury to employees in certain employments in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes", approved May 17, 1928 (45 Stat. 600), $87,215, for transfer to and expenditure by the Em- ployees' Compensation Commission under its appropriations "Sal- aries and expenses" $86,715, and "Printing and binding", $500. For financing of the liability of the government of the District of Columbia, created by the Act entitled "An Act for the retirement of employees in the classified civil service, and for other purposes", approved May 22, 1920, and Acts amendatory thereof (5 U.
