INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [57 STAT. 912 representative in Washington and by the Navy Department of the United States of America. TITLE III Duties, Rank and Precedence ARTICLE 7. The personnel of the Mission shall perform such duties as may be agreed upon between the Ministry of War and Marine of the Dominican Repub- lic and the Chief of the Mission. Responsibility. ARTICLE 8. The members of the Mission shall be responsible solely to the Ministry of War and Marine of the Dominican Republic, through the Chief of the Mission. ARTICLE 9. Each member of the Mission shall serve on the Mission with the rank he holds in the United States Navy, and wear the uniform thereof, but shall take precedence over all Dominican Republic officers of the same rank. Illefits. ARTICLE 10. Each member of the Mission shall be entitled to all the benefits and privileges which the regulations for the Dominican Arnmed Forces provide for Dominican officers and sub- ordinate personnel of correspond- ing rank. t)iscriplinary regula- ARTICLE 11. The personnel of the Mission shall be governed by the disciplinary regulations of the United States Navy. TITLE IV Compensation and Perquisites ARTICLE 12. Los miembros de la Misi6n seran responsables sola- mente ante el Ministerio de Guerra y Marina de la Repdblica Domini- cana, por conducto del Jefe de la Misi6n. ARTfCULO 9. Cada miembro de la Misi6n desempefiara su cargo en la Misi6n con el grado que tenga en la Marina de los Estados Unidos, y llevara el uniforme de esta, pero tendrf precedencia sobre todos los oficiales de la Repdblica Domini- cana de igual graduaci6n. ARTfCULO 10. Cada miembro de la Misi6n tendra derecho a todos los beneficios y privilegios que los reglamentos de las Fuerzas Arnnadas dorninicanas otorgan a los oficiales dominicanos y al per- sonal subalterno del grado corres- pondiente. ARTfCULO 11. El personal de la Misi6n se regirf por los regla- mentos disciplinarios de la Marina de los Estados Unidos. TfTULO IV Remuneracidn y Obvenciones ARTfCULO 12. Cada miembro de la Misi6n recibira del Gobierno de la Repdblica Dominicana la remuneraci6n neta anual, compu- tada en moneda de los Estados Unidos, que acuerden el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de America
