Families shall enjoy the same privileges agreed upon in this Article for members of the Mission, except that a member of the Mission shall in all cases pay the cost of subsistence inci- dent to hospitalization of a mem- ber of his family, except as may be provided under Article 10. The Government of the Dominican Republic shall not be responsible for any indemnity in case of per- manent disability to a member of the Mission. ARTICLE 29. Any member of the Mission unable to perform his duties with the Mission by reason of long continued physical dis- ability shall be replaced. ARTICLE 30. The members of this Mission are permitted and may be authorized to represent the United States of America on any commission and in any other capacity having to do with mili- tary cooperation or hemispheric defense without prejudice to this contract. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, Cordell Hull, Secre- tary of State of the United States of America, and J. M .
