Reconocen ambos Gobiernos como resultado de sus estudios e inspecciones, que el desarrollo de dicha fuente de obtenci6n de hule crudo debe basarse en el uso de selecciones de calidad superior del Hevea brasiliensis, si se desea que la industria sea capaz de sostenerse a si misma.
