[Private Law 160] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Ruby Doris Calvert, as administratrix of the estate of Frederick Calvert, deceased, the sum of $2,421, in full settlement of all claims against the United States on account of the death of the said Frederick Calvert as the result of an accident involving a vehicle of the United States Army in Reykjavik, Iceland, on November 14, 1942: Provided,That the claimant accepts such sum in full settlement of all claims against the United States on account of the death of the said Frederick Calvert: And provided further, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum Frederick Calvert, estate.
