LXXXV.-—.r2n Act for the reliq` of Pedro Miranda. _ _ Be it enacted, gw., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is “?§f¤:¤6p“¢:$¤§¤ hereby, authorize and directed to refund and pay over to Pedro Miran- ° ° ‘ da, the sum of two hundred and three dollars and sixty-three cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; it being the amount of duties illegally demanded of him, and paid by the said Pedro Miranda, on a quantity of sugar and molasses, at the port of Savannah, which was of the growth and manufacture of the United States, and saved from a wreck on the coast of Florida.
