Be it enacted, &c., That the Secretary of War cause to be issued to D!¤¤li<=¤¢¢ of Matthias Roll, a private in the New Jersey line, in the revolutionary KQ3T;,?:;":; war, a duplicate of military bounty land warrant, number one thouhg 5,,,..,,; to M_ sand one hundred and sixty-four, for one hundred acres of land, which RGU- issued to Matthew, alias Matthias Roll, the twenty-third day of February, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-six, and which has been lost. And the said Matthias Roll shall have the said duplicate located and proceeded upon, in the same manner as if it were an original warrant· and the said oricinal warrant is hereby declared null and void. And be it Father enacted, That the Secretary of War cause Jackson. to be issued to William Jackson, a private in the Virginia line in the revolutionary war, a duplicate of military bounty land warrant, number one thousand and thirty-six, for one hundred acres of land, which issued to said William Jackson on the thirteenth day of April, eighteen hundred and twenty-two, and which has been lost· and that said William Jackson shall have all the rights under said duplicate that he could or might have under the oxgginail warrant; and the said original warrant is hereby declared null an voi .
