Be it enacted, ¢§·c., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he Payment {0, is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Nancy Leamaster, widow provisions and of James Leamaster, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise orage- appropriated, one hundred dollars, for provisions and forage taken from the farm of James Leamaster, in the year eighteen hundred and twelve, by mounted volunteers in the service of the United States.
