Bc it enacted, <§·c., That Michael Cassel, of Laporte county, in the May surrender state of Indiana, be, and he is hereby, authorized to surrender the cer- °l““d °°"*m‘ tificate issued to him from the land office at Laporte, in said state, for cate, and enter · · other {Md_ lots numbered one and two, or the east part of section thirty-five, township thirty-seven north, of range one west, which was entered by him through mistake; and, on tiling his relinquishment to all right and title thereto, the said Michael Cassel is hereby authorized to enter in said land office at Laporte an equal quantity of any of the public land remaining unoccupied and subject to private entry in the Laporte land district, with that for which he has paid and shall relinquish, and be entitled to a certificate for the same.
