Reimbursement. All amounts received by the Veterans' Administration as reimburse- ment for such services shall be credited to the current appropriation of the Veterans' Administration from which expenditures were made pursuant to this subsection. AN ACT To authorize payment for accumulated and accrued annual leave to female dietitians and physical-therapy aides whose civilian appointments were termi- nated pursuant to section 4 of the Act of December 22, 1942 (56 Stat. 1073). Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstand- ing any other provision of law, any person whose appointment as a 526 Concerning the method of payment of the compensation of United States commissioners. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the fees of United States commissioners prescribed by law shall be paid out of the Treasury upon the approval of their accounts for such fees by the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. Such payment shall, however, be subject to the final settlement of such accounts in the General Accounting Office and to any adjustments of prior payments necessitated thereby.
