INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [60 STAT. (a) since it has been decided to invite the representatives of Belgium, Brazil, China, Denmark, France, India, Italy, the Netherlands, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and Yugoslavia to become members of that Council; and (b) since it has also been decided to establish a preparatory committee for the purpose of reviewing the Draft Convention with a view to submitting it, as amended by the Council in the light of the recommendations of that Committee, to the international wheat conference referred to in paragraph 3 of 57 Stat. 1382. the Memorandum of Agreement; the Memorandum of Agreement, approved by the Governments of Argentina, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United 57 Stat. 1382. States of America on 27th June 1942, be amended by the deletion 57 Stat. 1383. of paragraphs 5, 6, 7, and 8 thereof and the substitution there- for of the following as paragraph 5 of that Memorandum: ' 5. The International Wheat Council, referred to in Article 57 Stat. 1391. VII of the Draft Convention, shall remain in being pending the conclusions of the international wheat conference referred to in paragraph 3 above or until such time as the governments represented on that Council may determine.'"
