Strike out all of section 6 and renumber the remaining sections accordingly. SEC. 2 . Administrative jurisdiction over any of such lands that the Secretary of the Interior finds are not required for exchange purposes as herein provided may be conveyed to other Federal agencies by the Secretary of the Interior without exchange of funds, or if such lands are not required by other Federal agencies they may be conveyed to the State of North Dakota without reimbursement to the United States. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Statesof America in Congress assembled, That the Postmaster General is authorized and directed to prepare for issuance, during 1948, a special series of 3-cent postage stamps, of such design as he shall pre- scribe, in commemoration of the one-hundredth anniversary of the poultry industry in the United States. [CHAPTER 439] JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the issuance of a special series of stamps commemorative of the one-hundredth anniversary of the founding of the American Turners Society in the United States. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Postmaster Gen- eral is authorized and directed to prepare for issuance, during 1948, a special series of 3-cent postage stamps, of such design as he shall prescribe, in commemoration of the one-hundredth anniversary of the founding of the American Turners, which society sponsored physical education and recreation in America.
