[Public Law 649] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following work of improvement is hereby adopted and authorized, to be prose- cuted under the direction of the Secretary of the Army and supervision of the Chief of Engineers, the cost thereof to be paid from appropria- tions hereafter made for improvement of rivers and harbors: Nome Harbor, Alaska, in accordance with the plan presented in the report of the Chief of Engineers, dated March 8, 1948, and subject to the conditions set forth in said report. Juno 16, 1948 To authorize the revision of the boundaries of the Caribou National Forest in the [S. 1037] State of Idaho.
