80TH CONG., 2D SESS.- CH. 91-MAR. 3, 1948 THE JUDICIARY COURT OF CLAIMS Salaries and expenses: The appropriation under this head in the Judiciary Appropriation Act, 1948, is hereby made available in an amount not to exceed $25,000, as may be necessary and approved by the chief justice, Court of Claims, for transfer to the appropriation "Repairs and improvements" for expenditure by the Architect of the Capitol for structural changes, alterations, and installations of fixtures in the Court of Claims buildings, necessary for the accommodations of the court. EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OFFICE FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICE OF DEFENSE TRANSPORTATION Salaries and expenses: For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses," $10,000; and the limitation on traveling expenses under this head in The Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1948, is increased from 61 stat. 612 . "$50,000" to "$60,000". INDEPENDENT OFFICES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION Salaries and expenses: The limitation on travel expenses of the Atomic Energy Commission for the fiscal year 1948 is hereby increased from $1,430,000 to $2,430,000. COMMISSION ON ORGANIZATION OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT Salaries and expenses: For salaries and expenses of the Commission on Organization of the Executive Branch of the Government, $1,188,600: Provided, That the appropriation of $750,000 under this head in the Second Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1948, is hereby consolidated with and made a part of this appropriation, the total thereof to be disbursed and accounted for as one fund which shall remain available during the existence of the Commission for expenses necessary to carry out the Act of July 7, 1947 (Public Law 162), as amended by the Act of December 19, 1947 (Public Law 391), including travel expenses; printing and binding; and deposits in the Treasury for penalty mail (39 U. S . C . 321d). FEDERAL MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION SERVICE Salaries and expenses: For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", including attendance at meetings concerned with labor and industrial relations; services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U.
