FAIT a Rome, le 30 Mars 1946. respective Governments have met this day and have signed the present protocol, which is drawn up in the French and English languages, both texts being equally authentic, in a single original which shall be deposited in the archives of the Organization. Au- thenticated copies shall be fur- nished by the Organization to each of the signatory and acceding Governments and to any other Government which, at the time this Protocol is signed, is a Mem- ber of the Institute.
