S. 1816] AGREEMENT RESPECTING CERTAIN MARECHAL JOFFRE CLAIMS The Government of the United States of America, the Govern- ment of the French Republic, and the Government of the Common- wealth of Australia have reached agreement respecting the settle- ment of certain claims arising out of the requisitioning of the SS MARECHALJOFFRE and the unload- ing of its cargo in Australia. The terms of agreement are set forth in the attached Memorandum of Understanding. DONE in triplicate, in the Eng- lish and French languages, at Washington this nineteenth day of October 1948.
