The Government of the Bepublic of Korea agrees that property retained for use by or under the control of the United States Army Forces in Korea during the period of troop withdrawal shall be made avail- able for the use of the Government of the United States of America and main- tained without charge to the Govern- ment of the United States of America during the period of troop withdrawal. The Government of the Republic of Korea agrees that properties speci- fied in Exhibit A shall be made avail- able for the temporary use of the Government of the United States under free leaseholds, and further agrees that it will bear all costs in Korean currency for the repair and maintenance of such properties.
