Appropriation Act, 1949, on the amount which may be transferred to this appropriation from other appropriations of the Department of Agriculture, is increased from "$145,000" to "$170,500". AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION BUREAU OF ENTOMOLOGY AND PLANT QUARANTINE Control of Emergency Outbreaks of Insects and Plant Diseases For an additional amount for "Control of emergency outbreaks of insects and plant diseases", $1,250,000. PRODUCTION AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATION CONSERVATION AND USE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND RESOURCES For an additional amount for "Conservation and use of agricultural land resources", for formulating and carrying out programs under 2 Stat. 311. the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, including 7 U. S. C. §§1281- 1407; Supp. II , 1282 cotton and wheat marketing quota programs, $9,734,500; and the et seq. Post, pp . 670, 1056. limitation under this head in the Department of Agriculture Appro- 62 Stat. 525. priation Act, 1949, on the amount available during the fiscal year 1949 for salaries and other administrative expenses, is increased from "$24,500,000" to "$34,234,500"; and the limitation under said head on the amount available for transfer to the appropriation account "Administrative expenses, section 392, Agricultural Adjustment Act 57 S.t C.§ 1392. of 1938", is increased from "$7,000,000" to "$8,284,000". FARMERS' HOME ADMINISTRATION LOANS TO FARMERS, PROPERTY DAMAGE The funds appropriated under the head "Loans to farmers, 1948 62 Stat. 1038. flood damage", in the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1948, shall remain available until June 30, 1950, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified under said head, to provide assistance to farmers whose property is destroyed or damaged as a result of floods, storms, or other natural calamity during the calendar years 1948 and 1949. COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES, COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION The limitation under this head in the Department of Agriculture 62 Stat. 531. Appropriation Act, 1949, on the amount available for administra- tive expenses of the Corporation, is increased from "$7,575,000" to "$10,814,700".
