Health and Social Assistance of the United States of Venezuela and the Chief of the Field Party of the Institute of Inter-American Affairs of the United States of America, for the purpose of again extending the Basic Agreement, as amended, entered into by an exchange of notes between the Minister of Foreign Relations of Venezuela and His Excellency the Ambassador of the United States of America, dated February 18, 1943, on the initiation and execution of the Co- operative Health and Sanitation Program now being carried on in Venezuela.
