AMBASSADOR: I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's letter No. 306, dated the 30th of this month, relating to the renewal of the Agreement of August 28, 1944, as amended, for a period of one year 62 stat. Pt. 3, ending August 30, 1950. pp I have noted that the technical details of the aforesaid Agreement to be concluded between the Institute of Inter-American Affairs and the Government of Haiti are to be discussed by the appropriate offi- cials of the two entities. I am pleased to inform Your Excellency that the bases enumerated below: (a) contribution by the Government of Haiti: $300,000 (b) " the Institute
