Short title.

AN ACT To provide vocational rehabilitation training for veterans with compensable service-connected disabilities who served on or after June 27, 1950. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Public Law 894, Eighty-first Congress, approved December 28, 1950, is hereby amended by substituting for the words "subparagraph I (c), part II " the words "part I". AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to enlarge existing water-supply facilities for the San Diego, California, area in order to insure the existence of an adequate water supply for naval installations and defense production plants in such area.
