Short title.

of the Government of the United States by force or violence, and accepts employment the salary or wages for which are paid from any appropriation contained in this Act shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both: Provided further, That the above penalty clause shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, any other provisions of existing law. AN ACT To provide vocational rehabilitation training for veterans with compensable service-connected disabilities who served on or after June 27, 1950. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Public Law 894, Eighty-first Congress, approved December 28, 1950, is hereby amended by substituting for the words "subparagraph I (c), part II " the words "part I". AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to enlarge existing water-supply facilities for the San Diego, California, area in order to insure the existence of an adequate water supply for naval installations and defense production plants in such area. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, subject to the provisions of section 3 of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy, under the direction of the Secretary of Defense, is authorized and directed to provide for—
