59 Stat. 443. SEC. 7. (a) Section 10 of such Act is repealed, 39 U.S.C. ii 860. 39 U.S.C. 1(861. (b) Section 11(a) of such Act is amended to read as follows: " (a) The Postmaster General shall determine the supervisory needs in each organizational unit in the field service of the Post Office Department and shall fix the number of supervisors to be employed in 3 accordance with the salary schedules provided in sections 8(a), 9, 859,9 U.S.C. §§56,858, 863-866, 868, 869. 13 (a), 14 (a), 15 (a), 15 (b), 16 (a), 18 (a), and 19 (b) of this Act: Provided, That not more than one assistant postmaster may be employed at any post office. 39 U.S.C.
