CHAPTER 350 AN ACT -p^j. ^j^g relief of George Georgacopoulos.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, George Georgacopoulos shall be held and considered to be the minor child of his father, Eeverend Elias Georgacopoulos, a lawfully admitted legal resident of the United States. CHAPTER 351 ^N ACT For the relief of Andy Duzsik.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Andy Duzsik shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Quota deduction, ^.ct, upou payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sectious 4 (a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, and notwithstanding any provision of law excluding aliens inadmissible to the United States because of race, the minor child, Frederic James Mercado, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Master Sergeant and Mrs. Hector K.
