Rights reserved. gj,^, 2. All mineral rights, including gas and oil, in the lands authorized to be conveyed by this Act shall be reserved to the United States. SEC. 3. There shall be further reserved to the United States in the conveyance of the above-described lands, rights of ingress and egress over roads in the above-described lands serving buildings or other works operated by the United States or its successors or assigns in connection with Martindale Auxiliary Field, rights-of-way for water lines, sewer lines, telephone and telegraph lines, power lines, and such other utilities which now exist, or which may become necessary to the operation of the said Martindale Auxiliary Field.
