Mineral Leasing Act, amendment. AN ACT To amend the Mineral Leasing Act of February 25, 1920, as amended Philadelphia, Pa., development of Hog Island tract. AN ACT To amend the Vocational Rehabilitation Act so as to promote and assist in the extension and improvement of vocational rehabilitation services, provide for a more effective use of available Federal funds, and otherwise improve the provisions of that Act, and for other purposes — Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to cooperate with States and local agencies in the plaxming and carrying out of works of improvement for soil conservation, and for other purposes — Employment Security Financing Act of 1954. AN ACT To provide that the excess of collections from the Federal unemployment tax over employment security administrative expenses shall be used to establish and maintain a $200,000,000 reserve in the Federal unemployment account which will be available for advances to the States, to provide that the remainder of such excess shall be returned to the States, and for other purposes — Public Health Service, administration of Indian hospitals. AN ACT To transfer the maintenance and operation of hospital and health facilities for Indians to the Public Health Service, and for other purposes — Foreign vessels, emergency acquisition. AN ACT To extend emergency foreign merchant vessel acquisition and operating authority of Public Law 101, Seventy-seventh Congress, and for other purposes — Export-Import Bank of Washington, management. AN ACT To provide for the independent management of the E x p o r t - I m p o r t Bank of Washington under a Board of Directors, to provide for the representation of the Bank on the National Advisory Council on International Monetary and Financial Problems and to increase the Bank's lending authority
