in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A; and said tellers, having then read the same in the presence and hearing of the two Houses, shall make a list of the votes as they shall appear from the said certificates; and the votes having been ascertained and counted in the manner and according to the rules by law provided, the result of the same shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote, which announcement shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President of the United States, and, together with a list of the votes, be entered on the Journals of the two Houses. CHAPTER 93

AN ACT To extend the time within which the State of Louisiana may make initial payment on the purchase of certain property from the United States.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the p°^^^^|!'f* Act entitled "An Act to provide for the conveyance of certain property ment. ^ *' ^ ^^^ under the jurisdiction of the Housing and Home Finance Administrator to the State of Louisiana", approved August 4, 1955 (Public Law 235, Eighty-fourth Congress), is amended by striking out "six 69 Stat. 495. months" and inserting in lieu thereof "one year. CHAPTER 94

AN ACT To revise the boundaries of the Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial Park, in the State of North Dakota, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following-described lands are hereby made a part of the Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial Park, subject to all laws and regulations applicable thereto: Beginning at a point in block 11 of the village of Medora, North Dakota, said point being on the northerly right-of-way line of Third Avenue a distance of 160 feet westerly from the northwest corner of the intersection of Third Avenue and Main Street; thence northerly a distance of 140 feet to a point on a line parallel to and 160 feet westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Main Street; thence easterly 10 feet along a line parallel to and 140 feet northerly of the northerly right-of-way line of Third Avenue to a point 150 feet westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Main Street; thence northerly 20 feet along a line parallel to and 150 feet westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Main Street to a point on a line parallel to and 160 feet northerly of the northerly right-of-way line of Third Avenue; thence easterly along said line a distance of 150 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Main Street; thence northerly a distance of 40 feet along said westerly right-of-way line of Main Street to a point 200 feet northerly from the northwest corner of the intersection of Third Avenue and Main Street; thence easterly along a line parallel to and 200 feet northerly of the northerly right-of-way
