CHAPTER 245 AN

ACT

To authorize the sale of certain land in Alaska to Victor Power, of Juneau, Alaska. Victor Power. Purchase of land. 68 Stat. 239.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemoTed^ That Victor Power, of Juneau, Alaska, shall have the right to purchase under the Act of June 1, 1938, as amended (43 U.S.C., sec. 682a), lot 7 United States survey numbered 3269, Alaska, within one year after the approval of this Act. SEC. 2. The purchase price for the land shall be the fair market value thereof without improvement, as determined by the Secretary of the Interior but not less than $1.25 per acre: Provided, That the conveyance hereby authorized shall not include any land covered by a valid existing right initiated under the public land laws. AN ACT To authorize the Honorable Sam Rayburn, Speaker of the House of Representatives, to accept and wear the award of the Order of Sikatuna, Lakan Class, tendered by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Honorable Sam Rayburn, Speaker of the House of Representatives, is authorized to accept the award of the Order of Sikatuna, Lakan Class, together with any decorations and documents evidencing such award. The Department of State is authorized to deliver to the Honorable Sam Rayburn any such decorations and documents evidencing such award. SEC. 2. Notwithstanding section 2 of the Act of January 31, 1881 (ch. 32, 21 Stat. 604; 5 U.S.C. 114), or other provision of law to the contrary, the named recipient may wear and display the aforementioned decoration after acceptance thereof. AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Lincoln Roy Manson-Hing, Mrs. Joyce Louise MansonHlng, Collin James Manson-Hing, and Jennifer Lynn Manson-Hing.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, sections 201(a) and 202 (b) shall be held not to be applicable in the cases of Doctor Lincoln Roy Manson-Hing, Mrs. Joyce Louise Manson-Hing, Collin James Manson-Hing, and Jennifer Lynn Manson-Hing.
